Our Story
My name is Keith Fitzgerald and I am owner, operator, CEO and president of SWIFT APPRAISALS. I was born in Austin, TX and have lived my entire life in Texas…or as I like to call it “the holy land”.
I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1999 and began working in real estate in 2004. I obtained my state license in 2006 and immediately started my company serving the DFW Metroplex. SWIFT APPRAISALS has supported me and my family ever since.

Fees
Fees for appraisal reports can vary depending on the extent of work required to complete the appraisal process. The fees provided below are for the most commonly occurring properties. Please request a free fee quote to determine your final appraisal fee.
- The fee for a full inspection appraisal on the most common or most typical single family residential property is $500.
- Drive by appraisals are $400.
- The fee for the most common or most typical multi-family property is $600.
- Fees for land only appraisals depends on the size of the tract of land to be appraised but start out at $350.
- Gross living area verification fee is $150 for most commonly occurring properties. Fees for larger or more uniquely designed properties are determined on a case by case basis.
- Appraisal fees are collected prior to proceeding with the appraisal process.
